摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定咸蛋、皮蛋中的四种苏丹红染料。测定结果表明,苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ在0~0.5mg/L时其峰面积与进样质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,其线性相关系数为0.9999、0.9995、0.9999和0.9999(n=6),加标样品测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1%、2.2%、1.9%和2.4%(n=6)。苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的最小检出限均为10μg/kg。苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ回收率均为90%~105%。结果显示:该方法快速、灵敏、可靠,具有简便、重现性好的特点。
The method for separation and determination of Sudan dyes in salted egg and preserved egg by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed using chromatography conditions. The results showed that Sudan dyes have good linearity in the range from 0 to 0.5 mg/L,the correlation coefficients are 0.9999,0.9995,0.9999 and 0.9999 (n=6) respectively for four Sudan dyes.
