回顾了中国非通用语种学科专业建立与发展的艰难历程,指出了21世纪非通用语种学科专业建设与发展面临的新挑战,以广西民族大学为例提出了按共生规律推进非通用语种学科群建设与发展的思路。

The article,by reviewing the difficult process of establishing and developing the discipline of non-universal languages in China,points out its new challenges in the 21st Century and,by taking Guangxi University for Nationalities as an example,puts forward the idea of promoting the construction and development of the discipline group of non-universal languages by following the rule of symbiosis.
