摘要
对电子产品中IC的精密冲裁模具进行了分析,根据电子产品生产线的要求,对模具设计进行适度的更正,介绍了IC冲切模的设计要点,对模具中的重要零部件的生产工艺进行了分析。
The precision blanking die of IC analyzed in this paper.The die design was adjusted according to the production line of electronic products.The key points in designing IC blanking die were introduced.And the manufacturing process of an important part was also analyzed.
