对羟基苯甲酸甲酯对果蝇的毒性与雌激素作用 被引量:7

摘要 探讨对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(MP)对果蝇生长发育与生殖的影响。用含不同MP浓度的培养基喂饲果蝇,统计并分析果蝇亲代与子代产卵量、发育周期、出蛹与羽化量及体重。结果表明,0.2%MP对果蝇有明显的毒性作用,降低了产卵量、出蛹及羽化量和雄蝇体重,延长了发育周期,而低浓度MP具有潜在的雌激素作用,0.02%MP可提高子代产卵量、出蛹及羽化量,缩短生长周期。 The effects of methyl paraben (IV[P) on the fecundity and growth and development of Drosophila melanogaster were studied in this experiment.After methyl paraben was administered to Drosophila melanogaster at different concentrations, the egg number produced by parental and filial generation,the period of development,the number of pupa and eclosion and the bodyweight were analyzed.The results showed that 0.2 percent of methyl paraben has obvious toxicity effects on Drosophila melanogaster but lower concentra...
