摘要
多甲氧基黄酮(polymethoxylated flavones,PMFs)是柑橘属水果中特有的类黄酮,主要存在于柑橘果皮的油胞层,比其他植物类黄酮有更强的生理活性,尤其是其抗癌活性。由于PMFs的重要功能,它已成为目前柑橘精深加工研究方面的霞点和热点之一。本文简要概述了柑橘PMFs的性质、结构、含量与分布,综述了PMFs的检测及分离纯化技术研究进展,并对未来研究开发趋势进行了展望。
