摘要 Kebner现象(KP)也称同形反应,最早是指银屑病患者正常皮肤受到创伤后出现的红斑鳞屑皮损表现,后来观察到其他疾病也可出现类似现象。本文总结了KP的分类、激发原因、发生机制及临床表现和应用等方面的研究进展。 Kebner phenomenon,also known as isomorphic response,originally refers to the erythemas and scales resulted from skin traumas.The similar phenomenon later was observed in many other diseases.This article reviews classification,etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,and application of KP.
