摘要
利用MacPherson等人的理论,分析计算三维液态铝合金泡沫体在不同的泡沫结构模型、不同的表面张力下泡沫内气泡体积分布的演化过程。模拟结果表明,球型泡沫体平均体积近似以v∝t1.482方式增长,与MacPherson等人的理论结果相符合。结果表明,泡沫模型对泡沫的胀大、缩小有直接的影响。正六面体型泡沫体平均体积随时间减小,而正二十面体型的泡沫体平均体积随时间增长。表面张力是加速泡沫体演化的重要因素。
The evolvement of bubble size distribution of aluminum foams with different bubble structure models is studied based on the MacPherson s theory for coarsening of three-dimensional microstructures.Numerical predictions reveal that the foam s mean volume follows the relationship v∝tα,which agrees with MacPherson.It is found that the foam s structure model has a dramatic effect on the bubble mean volume,i.e.,bubbles with cubic form are shrinking with time,while bubbles with icosahedrons form will be coarsening...
