糖皮质激素对哮喘患儿IL-12,IL-13和IgE水平的影响

The effects of glucocorticoid on sera IL-12,IL-13 and IgE in infants with asthma

目的:观察哮喘患儿血清中IL-12、IL-13和IgE水平的变化及糖皮质激素对其的影响。方法:采用ELISA法检测哮喘急性发作期患儿及口服强的松1周后、健康对照组血清中IL-12、IL-13和IgE水平。结果:哮喘组患儿IL-12的水平急性发作期较治疗后和健康对照组低(P<0.05)。IL-13水平急性发作期较治疗后和健康对照组高(P<0.05),IgE的水平急性发作期较治疗后和健康对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘的患儿血清中IL-12水平下降,IL-13和IgE水平升高。糖皮质激素可使IL-13水平下降,IL-12水平升高。

Objective: To observe the changes of sera IL-1, IL-13 and IgE in asthmatic infants and to evaluate the influence of glucocorticoid on them. Methods: The serum samples were obtained from (1)patients with asthma before and after one week course of oral prednisone;(2) The sera IL-12, IL-13 and IgE were determined with standwich ELISA in all experimental objects.
