2型糖尿病视网膜病变纤维蛋白原、D—二聚体和超敏C反应蛋白检测价值

Clinical value of fibinogen,D-Dimer,high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels in type 2 diabetic patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的:研究2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D—二聚体(D-D)和血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平检测临床价值。方法:行眼底血管荧光造影(FFA)和眼底检查,将糖尿病102例分为糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)组54例;单纯糖尿病无视网膜病变(NDR)组48例。正常对照组42例。对6项相关指标进行检测。结果:糖尿病102例空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、FIB、D-D和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),DR组FIB、D-D和hs-CRP水平均高于NDR组(P<0.05)。并且FIB、D—二聚体和hs-CRP三者成正相关。结论:FIB、D-D和hs-CRP在糖尿病视网膜病变患者明显升高,提示糖尿病患者处于高凝和纤溶亢进状态,且炎症反应可在糖尿病视网膜病变发展中起重要作用。

Objective:To investigate the changes of Fibinogen (FIB),D·dimer (D-D), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels in type 2 diabetic patients with diabetic retinopathy and compare with non- diabetic retinopathy and normal control.
