摘要
加速寿命试验与加速退化试验是解决高可靠、长寿命产品可靠性评估等工程领域问题的两种重要的加速试验技术。介绍了加速寿命试验、加速退化试验的基本概念,并从试验目的、基本假设、基本思想、加速模型等方面对加速寿命试验和加速退化试验进行了比较分析。
Accelerated life test and accelerated degradation test are two important technologies in the accelerated test for high reliability and long life products in the engineering field of reliable appraisal.The basic concepts of accelerated life test and accelerated degradation test were introduced and the accelerated life test and accelerated degradation test were compared,showing that they have different test goals,basic assumptions,accelerated models,application ranges.
