Based on the actual utilization rate statistics of foreign-language information resources in the North China Electric Power University Library,this essay sums up the research conducted by the library in the development and utilization of foreign-language information resources,such as the establishment of bibliographic database,the personalized service,and the characteristics database,and so on. A further study is made covering the widening of university library services fields.
