摘要
以机械高速搅拌法制备了CaCO_3/SiO_2复合粒子,并用六甲基二硅氮烷(hexmethyldisilazane,HMDS)对其进行了表面修饰。结合扫描电镜、透射电镜、Fourier变换红外光谱和热重分析对复合粒子进行了分析表征。结果表明:SiO_2粒子成功地修饰在了CaCO_3的表面,形成了"草莓"结构。HMDS中的-Si(CH_3)_3也有效地接枝到了SiO_2的表面。通过粒子亲油性测定,发现复合粒子经HMDS处理后由亲水变成了疏水。由修饰后的复合粒子制备的涂层表现出良好的超疏水性能,静态水接触角为169°,滚动角仅为2°,同时也具有一定的防覆冰性能。
