CaCO_3/SiO_2复合粒子的制备及其在超疏水涂层中的应用 被引量:5

PREPARATION OF CaCO_3/SiO_2 COMPOSITE PARTICLES AND THEIR APPLICATION IN SUPERHYDROPHOBIC COATING

摘要 以机械高速搅拌法制备了CaCO_3/SiO_2复合粒子,并用六甲基二硅氮烷(hexmethyldisilazane,HMDS)对其进行了表面修饰。结合扫描电镜、透射电镜、Fourier变换红外光谱和热重分析对复合粒子进行了分析表征。结果表明:SiO_2粒子成功地修饰在了CaCO_3的表面,形成了"草莓"结构。HMDS中的-Si(CH_3)_3也有效地接枝到了SiO_2的表面。通过粒子亲油性测定,发现复合粒子经HMDS处理后由亲水变成了疏水。由修饰后的复合粒子制备的涂层表现出良好的超疏水性能,静态水接触角为169°,滚动角仅为2°,同时也具有一定的防覆冰性能。 CaCO_3/SiO_2 raspberry-like particles were prepared by means of violent stirring and modified with hexmethyldisilazane (HMDS).The structures of composite particles were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron micros- copy,Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and thermogravimetry.The results show that raspberry-like particles are obtained by CaCO_3 studded with nano-SiO_2,and their surfaces are successfully grafted with-Si(CH_3)_3.Modified composite particles change to hydroph...
