摘要
目的:药用植物遗传背景基础资料缺乏,对其次生代谢途径及其调控机制的认识不够深入,阻碍了细胞或组织培养、代谢工程等在获取高价值次生代谢物上的广泛应用。功能基因组学方法,尤其是cDNA-AFLP转录轮廓分析和代谢组学的整合运用,将次生代谢物的变化与相关基因的表达相关联,在挖掘次生代谢物生物合成相关基因、探索次生代谢途径方面展现出广阔的应用前景,是植物次生代谢物研究的新趋势和重要手段之一,将有力地促进药用植物资源更好的开发利用。
