摘要
目的:通过研究连作地黄的生理生化效应,探讨地黄的连作障碍机制。方法:测定分析地黄的生长指标、块根ATP酶活性、根系活力及营养吸收等生理生化指标的变化。结果:连作地黄的生长速度降低,叶片面积下降,造成源能力不足,光合产物减少;抑制了块根ATP酶活性及地黄的根系活力,抑制了对钾和氮的吸收,造成植株钾和氮素营养胁迫。结论:连作地黄源能力的不足是限制地黄块根膨大的重要因素;连作地黄根系活力、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATP酶)活性的下降及地黄植株的钾和氮素营养胁迫是影响连作地黄生长及块根膨大的原因之一。
Objective:To study the effects of continuous cropping obstacles on growth of Rehmannia glutinosa. Method:The growth indexes,activity of root ATPase,root activity and mineral nutritional absorption were determined. Result:Continuous copping decreased growth rate and declined the size of leaves.
