摘要
采用加压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)考察了酚型抗氧剂(Vanlube BHC)、烷基化苯胺抗氧剂(Vanlube961)、硫代氨基甲酸酯(Vanlube7723)和氨基甲酸酯复合抗氧剂(Vanlube996E)在聚α-烯烃(PAO)基础油中的抗氧性能和相互配伍后的协同效应。PDSC试验结果表明,抗氧剂Vanlube996E的抗氧化性能最优,然后依次是Vanlube961,Vanlube BHC,最后是Vanlube7723。从各抗氧剂间的协同效应来看,抗氧剂Vanlube996E与Vanlube961抗氧协同性能最好,其次是Vanlube7723与Vanlube961;抗氧剂Vanlube7723、Vanlube996E分别与Vanlube BHC复配后的抗氧协同作用较弱,甚至低于同剂量的Vanlube996E。最后,分析讨论了各抗氧协同配方产生协同效应的原因。
