The development of minority communities in the West of China depends on whether its economic space structure could evolve quickly.The growth of urban and township level areas is the driving force to the evolution of the structrure,which is linked by fixed points(major cities and towns) and stretching axes(surrounding areas).Agriculture with local features,industry of resource exploitation,high-tech industry and tourism will be the four pillars in the optimization of the structure.
