基于产业集群发展的西部经济振兴策略

Strategy of Rejuvenation for Industry Clustering in the West of China

市场激烈的竞争由企业的竞争逐渐表现为产业集群的竞争,发展产业集群是振兴西部经济的趋向。目前,西部地区现存的产业集群创新动力不强,没有明显的竞争优势;集群内企业间尚未形成专业化的分工与协作,没有明显的规模效应;产业链残损;适合产业集群发展的制度不健全。针对这些问题应采取如下几方面措施:科学制定产业集群发展规划;建立制度创新体系;做强核心企业,提高中小企业的配套能力,打响区域品牌;对集群内的产业链进行整合;培育产业集群文化,构建和谐的区域创新环境。
