关于建设专业农场与促进土地流转的若干思考--以延边朝鲜族自治州为例论推动少数民族地区农村产业化、城市化的途径

Building Specialized Farms and Quickening Land Producing Span——On promoting the industrialization and urbanization of rural areas:taking Yanbian Prefecture as an example

目前,以家庭为本位的小规模分散经营,已不能适应现代农业发展的需要。在坚持家庭承包经营制度的大前提下,建设专业农场,加快土地流转,促进土地规模集中经营,走产业化道路,是促进农村产业化、城市化的有效实现形式。目前,要切实把握好推进专业化农场建设的关键环节,制定符合实际的发展政策,保护好农民利益,推出切实可行的试点规范,实行政府推动的双向选择,统筹解决好农民问题。
