摘要
教师职后培训是促进教师专业成长的重要途径。对特殊教育教师而言,职后培训更为迫切和重要,它是实现特殊教育教师专业成长,最大限度满足特殊需要儿童发展需要的重要保证。本研究以江苏省为例,对全省特殊教育教师的职后培训情况进行调查和分析,结果显示:江苏特殊教育教师接受专业培训的机会少、时间短,培训形式单一,培训内容不合理。因此,应加强对特殊教育教师职后培训的规划、实施和管理,保证培训的前瞻性、针对性和实效性。
