中国荷斯坦牛体况评分与运动评分的相关分析 被引量：3

Correlation Analysis between Body Condition Score and Locomotion Score in China Holstein Cattle

摘要 本研究利用2007年间武汉市武湖牧场887头母牛体况评分及运动评分的鉴定记录,配合单性状和多性状动物模型,利用MTDFREML软件,采用REML方法估计了相关的参数。结果表明:体况评分的遗传力为0.19,运动评分的遗传力较低(0.09)。体况评分和运动评分之间存在明显的负相关,其表型相关为-0.43、遗传相关为-0.78、环境相关为-0.38。 Data from 887 dairy cows were collected from Wuhu farm in Wuhan to estimate genetic paramenters for body condition score and locomotion score. The study used MTDFREML software via REML algorithm combining with single trait and multiple traits animal model.The results showed that the heritability of body condition score was 0.19,locomotion score had a low heritability(0.09).There was an obvious negative correlation between body condition score and locomotion score.The phenotypic, genetic, environmental corre...
