乳酸菌添加剂对全株玉米和苜蓿青贮品质的影响 被引量:32

摘要 本试验以全株玉米和苜蓿为研究材料,通过对其发酵品质和化学成分的分析,探讨添加LaLSILDry(LD)、H/MFINOCULANT(H/MF)和FAST-SILE(FS)三种乳酸菌添加剂对全株玉米青贮和苜蓿青贮品质的影响。研究结果表明:全株玉米可以单独调制出优质青贮料,添加乳酸菌制剂可以提高全株玉米青贮乳酸含量并降低乙酸含量;乳酸菌添加剂可明显降低苜蓿青贮的pH值,丁酸和氨态氮含量;乳酸菌添加剂可以进一步改善全株玉米青贮和苜蓿青贮品质。 This experiment chose whole crop corn and alfalfa as materials, studying their fermentation qualities and chemical compositions by adding different lactic acid bacteria additives which are LaLSIL Dry(LD),H/M F INOCULANT(H/M F)and FAST-SILE(FS).The results showed that, whole crop corn could be silaged alone,adding lactic acid bacteria additives could improve whole crop corn silage quality,and adding lactic acid bacteria additives could increase the lactic acid content and reduce the acetic acid content signi...
