Discussion on Commercialization Model of Endowment Insurance for Peasant Workers

简述了我国农民工养老保险工作陷入困境的原因,指出我国目前的养老保险模式不适应现阶段农民工的生活工作特点。在分析了社会保险和商业保险的特点与区别之后,提出商业保险模式可以有效解决农民工养老保险问题,并对该命题进行了论证。

Discusses the causes why China s endowment insurance work for peasant workers fall into dilemma,points out that China s present endowment insurance model is incompatible with the characteristics of the life and work of peasant workers. After analyzing the characteristics and differences between social insurance and commer-cial insurance,argues that the commercial insurance model can effectively resolve the issue of peasant workers en-dowment insurance,and provides a full demonstration of the proposition.
