我国建设工程管理与国际接轨的实践中,工程合同索赔管理越加重要。对建设工程索赔的基本概念作了界定,结合我国建设工程市场状况,分析了建设工程索赔的表层和深层原因,针对承包商提出了保证索赔的具体对策。

Construction contract claims is the important problem in international project management. The paper de-fines the basic concept of construction claims,analyses causation of construction claims combined with construction industry market,and puts forward countermeasures for claiming compensation of the contractor.
