摘要
构建了一个以制造商为核心企业的供应商评价指标体系,给出了各个指标的衡量标准.针对供应商选择问题的复杂性,提出了基于EAHP和GRAP相结合的选择决策模型.通过实证研究证明整个评价指标体系及选择模型是可操作、实用和有效的.
A supplier evaluation index system which take the manufacture as the core enterprise is established, following with measure criterions of all indexes are presented.In accordance with the complexity of the supplier selection problem,a selection decision model based on EAHP-GRAP is proposed.An Empirical Study is used to prove that the whole evaluation index system and the selection model are operable,practical and effective.
