液固顶空气相色谱法测定布美他尼中有机溶剂残留

Determination of Residual Organic Solvent in Bumetanide by Solution-Solid Headspace Gas Chromatography

建立液固顶空气相色谱法分析布美他尼中有机溶剂残留。采用DB-1大口径毛细管柱,以正丙醇为内标进行定量。乙醇及甲苯的线性范围分别为0.86～47.3μg.mL-1和0.80～44.0μg.mL-1,回收率分别为101.0%和108.2%,RSD分别为1.16%和4.70%。本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好。

To develop solution-solid headspace gas chromatography for the determination of residual organic solvent in Bumetanide.Using DB-1Wide Bore capillary column and propanol as internal standard.The linear concentration region of ethanol was 0.86～47.3μg.mL-1(r=0.999),toluene was 0.80～44.0μg.mL-1(r=0.999),the relative recovery of ethanol was 101.0﹪,toluene was 108.2﹪with RSD 1.16﹪,4.70﹪respectively.The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and of good reproducibility.
