化妆品中砷、锑无机形态的HPLC-HGAFS同测 被引量:6

Simultaneously Determination of Inorganic Species of Antimony and Arsenic in Cosmetics by HPLC-HGAFS

摘要 本文通过优化样品提取条件、色谱分离条件、柱后处理条件和仪器检测条件,采用高效液相色谱-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱联用(HPLC-HGAFS)技术建立了化妆品中Sb(III)和Sb(V)以及As(III)和As(V)形态的同时测定的方法。重点研究了提取液组成对Sb形态转化的影响和Sb(V)柠檬酸络合物的柱后转化条件,结果表明在1:1的柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠的缓冲溶液中Sb的各个形态相互转化率最低;提取得到的Sb(V)的柠檬酸络合物可以在HCl+KI溶液中在线还原为Sb(III)的柠檬酸络合物而得以检测。该方法对As(III)、As(V)、Sb(III)和Sb(V)的检出限分别为2.4、3.1、0.5和5.0μg/L,线性范围分别是2.4~1000、3.1~1000、0.5~1000和5~1000μg/L,该区间内的线性相关系数均大于0.9990,标准偏差均小于3.0%。采用本方法对粉剂、液态、固态等化妆品进行了测定,其加标回收率都在77~110%之间,证明该方法适用于同时测定化妆品中锑和砷的无机形态。 Through optimizing the conditions of samples extraction、chromatographic separation、postcolumn preparation and testing conditions for HGAFS,a method for As(III)、As(V)、Sb(III) and Sb(V) simultaneous determination was developed.And we focused on the extraction of Sb without species transformation,and the conditions of postcolumn pretreatment of Sb(V)-citric complexes.The results showed that Sb species commutative transformation ratio was the lowest in 50mmol/L citric acid + 50mmol/L sodium citric buffer soluti...
