摘要
利用国产原材料,通过特殊的合成工艺将纳米蒙脱土与有机助剂分步合成、混配、复配制成纳米无机/有机复合材料,对天然胶清胶溶液进行共混复合改性,再经过中和絮凝等工序制成纳米改性胶清胶。对天然胶清胶与纳米改性胶清胶进行比较,结果表明:纳米蒙脱土在胶清胶内插层间距增大,而且分散均匀;纳米改性胶清胶的塑性保持率(PRI)有明显的提高,在10㎏8%干含量的天然胶清胶溶液中,加入10%的纳米剂溶液,以无机组分和有机组分的质量比为1∶1,加入量达到2.0㎏时,塑性保持率最大,为94.0;并且纳米改性胶清胶的灰分含量也明显增加,定伸应力和拉伸强度等性能也明显改善。
Novel nano-modifier was prepared from calcium-based Montmorillonite. Natural skim was blended with the novel nano-modifier to prepare nano-modified natural skim block. The properties of the natural skim rubber and the nano-modified natural skim block were compared.
