摘要
以金属镁和升华硫为原料,采用双温区反应炉合成了MgS,合成的MgS产量高且工艺安全。利用X射线衍射分析了合成产物的相组成,考察了合成温度(θh和θl)对合成体系和相组成的影响。研究了合成体系内升华硫的蒸发量与合成体系容积大小、合成温度以及合成体系抗压强度等参数间的关系。结果表明:合成体系内的最大升华硫蒸发量应小于2.45g,θh和θl明显影响合成产物的相组成,随着θh和θl和保温时间的提高,MgS衍射峰强度逐渐增大,反应进行得更加充分。反应的最佳工艺参数:θh为1000℃,θl为100℃,保温时间为32h。
