氧化钨纳米线的制备及表征和一氧化碳的气敏性能(英文) 被引量:1

PREPARATION AND CARBON MONOXIDE SENSING PROPERTIES OF TUNGSTEN TRIOXIDE NANOWIRES

摘要 采用简单水热法制备了六方相氧化钨纳米线,并采用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线光电子分光仪和Brunauer-Emmett-Teller法等分析手段和方法表征纳米线的各项性能。研究了水热反应时间对水热反应产物结构、形貌和比表面积的影响。将该纳米线用丝网印刷法制备成敏感膜,经350℃烧结1h后,测试了其在200~350℃的温度范围内对低浓度[(1~100)×10-6]CO气体的气敏性能,结果表明:敏感膜具有良好的响应恢复特性和较高的稳定性及重复性,在350℃时,其灵敏度高达4.8;对同种浓度的CO气体,经多次重复测试后其电阻值仍能升高或降低到同一水平;随测试温度的升高,该纳米线敏感膜的灵敏度基本上呈线性增加的趋势。 Hexagonal tungsten trioxide nanowires were prepared successfully by a simple hydrothermal method,and the properties of the products were characterized by the X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) methods.The effects of reaction time on structures,morphologies and BET surface areas of the products were investigated in detail.A new application of their CO gas sensing properties at low con-centrations((1-...
