摘要
和谐劳动关系是构建和谐社会的重要基础。从理论上讲,和谐劳动关系是指劳动关系主体双方是相互依存,各尽所能,平等协商,共同成长的良性互动关系;从实践上讲,双方是各司其职,共决利益,共保健康,共同成长的协调发展的关系。劳动关系主体双方依照法律法规和政策规定,建立并推进"一各三共"机制,构建和谐劳动关系。
To building up harmonious labor relations is an important basis of building up a harmonious society.In theory,harmonious labor relations mean both side of two actors of labor relations depends on each other,consultation equally,developing together and interact together.In practice,each actor of labor relations performs its own functions let each other do his best,co-determine their interests,developing together and coordinately.
