摘要
采用核磁共振(1HNMR)法测定了亚氨基二苄的质量分数,给出了最佳的实验条件和注意事项,线性实验测得线性回归系数为0.9998,精密度实验测得相对标准偏差为0.2105%~0.3262%.表明此方法作为一种化合物的定量测定具有简单易行、结果准确的优点,可作为某些难以获得对照品的化合物定量分析方法的补充.
The quantitative determination of iminodibenzyl by 1HNMR has been developed in this paper.The optimum experimental conditions and some announcements have been described.As a method of medical quantitative determination,its efficacy has been proved through the experiments of precision and linearity.The coefficient of linear regression and RSD are 0.999 8 and 0.210 5%~0.326 2% respectively.This method is simple and accurate,and can be utilized as a supplement to the quantitative determination when without ref...
