摘要
用溶胶-凝胶燃烧法成功制备了Sr1-xEuxMoO4红色荧光粉,用XRD、TEM、荧光磷光分光光度计对其物相、形貌以及发光性能进行表征和研究.结果表明:在395 nm和464 nm两主激发峰均可得到616 nm处红光发射峰,属于Eu3+典型的5D0→7F2的跃迁所致.由464 nm激发得到的发射峰为单峰,峰宽较窄且发射强度较强.粉体平均粒径约为200 nm,颗粒粒度分布均匀.
Sr1-xEuxMoO4 red phosphor was prepared successfully by sol-gel combustion.The crystalline phase,morphology and luminescence characteristics of the phosphor particles were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and fluorophotometer.The results showed that the phosphors exhibited intense red luminescence at 616 nm when excited by light of 395,464 nm.The emission at 616 nm is caused by 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3+.A single narrow intense emission peak is obtained when it...
