摘要
以2种比表面、孔容、孔径不同;粒径相同的硅珠键合双-[-6-氧-(-3-间硝基苯磺酰基-丁二酸-1,4-单酯)-4-]-β-环糊精作为高效液相色谱固定相,考察硝基苯胺位置异构体的分离.2种固定相正相模式下以不同醇类作为添加剂时硝基苯胺异构体洗脱顺序相同,在孔径30 nm硅珠做键合基体的固定相上达到基线分离;在反相模式下,硝基苯胺异构体在不同硅珠键合相上洗脱顺序则有差异.并对分离机理进行了探讨.
Separation of nitroaniline position isomers was done by HPLC with two kind of silica gels bonded bis-[6-oxygen-(3-m-nitrobenzene sulfonyl-amber acid-1,4-uniester-4)]-β-CD.On two stationary phases,the eluting sequence of nitroaniline position isomer was identical with different alcohols as additive in normal phase system,three isomers was separated from baseline on the stationary phase using aperture 30 nm silica gel as bonding matrix.The eluting sequence was reversed in the reversed phase system on the two ...
