VEGF-C、CD44V6在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

The clinic significance of VEGF-C and CD44V6 protein expressions in non-small cell lung cancer

目的研究VEGF-C、CD44V6在非小细胞肺癌中的表达与非小细胞肺癌的生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学Power Vision两步法检测65例非小细胞肺癌组织中VEGF-C,CD44V6的表达,并分析临床意义。结果VEGF-C,CD44V6阳性表达在非小细胞肺癌中成正相关(OR=0.369,P<0.05)。VEGF-C,CD44V6共阳性组中淋巴结转移率为72%,明显高于两者同阴性者11%,差别有显著性(P<0.01)。结论检验VEGF-C与CD44V6蛋白在非小细胞癌的表达可以作为预警非小细胞癌的早期转移与判断预后的指标。
