唑来膦酸治疗80例恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛

A clinical study for Zoledronic acid in the relief of pain due to bone metastatic malignancy

目的评价注射用唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛镇疼效果和不良反应。方法80例恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛的患者,每次给予唑来膦酸注射液4mg,用生理盐水100m l稀释后静脉滴注,每3～4周1次,至少连续2次。结果临床镇痛骨转移止痛效果:显效27.5%(21/80),有效42.5%(34/80),总有效率70%,活动能力总改善率65%(52/80),生活质量改善总有效率67.5%(54/80)。主要不良反应为发热、一过性肌肉骨关节痛、流感样症状等,反应轻,不需特殊处理。结论唑来膦酸注射液治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛有效,时间短,不良反应轻,能显著改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of zoledronic acid injection for the pain relief in patients with metastatic bone cancer.Methods 80 patients who have osseous metastasis pain were treated with 4 milligram Zoledronic acid injection diluted with 100 milliliter physiologic saline by intravenous drip infusion per 3 to 4 weeks.Two cycles of zoledronic acid injection have to be finished at least before the response can be evaluated.Results The effect of pain relieving :remarkable effect were 27.5(21/...
