摘要 合理的装配顺序能有效地提高装配效率,复杂产品的装配过程需要大量装配资源的支持,对其进行装配顺序规划需要充分考虑装配资源的角色作用且计算繁琐。文中提出一种在装配资源约束下基于遗传蚁群算法的复杂产品装配顺序规划方法,集成装配过程中的装配零(组)件以及相关装配资源信息,研究面向装配零(组)件与装配资源的基因染色体编码方式、适应度函数表达形式以及信息素更新机制,建立起了整个遗传蚁群算法应用在复杂产品装配规划过程中的流程。以某型飞机组件装配为例验证了技术的有效性。 Section 1 in the full paper deals with our efficient assembly sequence planning method based on GAAA(genetic and ants algorithm) and has five subsections.In subsection 1.1,we use 8-digit decimals to encode genetically the plentiful parts and components of a complex product such as aircraft or ship.In doing so,chromosome is used to denote the assembly sequence of the components and that of the assembly resources,thus showing the sequential relations of gene groups as shown in Fig.2.In subsection 1.2,we defin...
