小鼠Y染色体编码基因mRNA在成熟精子中保留情况的研究

Retention Situation of Y-encoded mRNA in the Matured Mouse Sperm

目的:探讨成熟精子中Y染色体编码基因mRNA的保留情况。方法:从小鼠Y染色体长臂和短臂上选择10个重要基因,应用RT-PCR方法分析这些基因在成熟精子、睾丸、雄脑和雌脑中的表达。结果:所选基因在睾丸中均有表达,而成熟精子只有Dby基因表达。结论:成熟精子对所选的10个Y染色体编码基因mRNA选择性地保留,在小鼠成熟精子中仅仅保留了Dby的mRNA。

Objective:To observe the Y-encoded mRNAs which are reserved in matured mouse sperm. Methods:According to the mouse Y chromosome Map Viewer,10 important genes respectively from Yp and Yq were chosed and their mRNAs were detected by RT-PCR in 4 mouse tissues,including matured sperm,testis,male brain and female brain.
