基于CCD的自调匀整系统

Application of CCD to Auto Regulating System

介绍了CCD检测系统的组成,分析了CCD的工作原理及其特性.在此基础上构建了基于CCD的梳棉机自调匀整系统,并分析了自调匀整系统的功能.实验证明:将CCD用于梳棉机的自调匀整系统后,可以进一步提高自调匀整的检测精度,从而提高匀整效果,为提高梳棉机的产品质量奠定了基础.

CCD measure system was introduced in this paper.The principle and characteristic of CCD was analyzed.The autoleveller system was established based on the CCD system and the characteristic of the autoleveller systm was also analyzed.Results showed that the autoleveller system based on CCD could enhance detection accuracy in order to improve the autoleveller performance and established the groundwork to improve its quality.
