摘要
本文对5种轧辊堆焊料进行了试验,结果表明:5#堆焊料硬度和耐磨性最好,用该堆焊料制做的表面堆焊轧辊轧制量是普通轧辊的5～6倍,大幅度地降低了成本,经济效益显著。
It is tested to five types of surfacing welding materials. The test results show that:hardness and wear resistance is the best using No 5 resurfacing welding material,the rolling amount with surfacing welding roller is as 5～6 times as with regular roller,the cost is reduced and the benefits are improved significantly.
