摘要
本文通过对国内外建筑行业的分包特点进行分析,由浅入深的将我国现阶段建筑分包工作中存在的一些弊端通过实事求是的方法进行解析,并提出了解决问题的个人观点,希望对工程分包的管理起到一定的作用。为我国早日能与世界先进科学管理接轨,提出以施工总承包为龙头、以专业施工企业为骨干、以劳务作业为依托的企业组织结构型式。
This essay introduces the subcontracting characteristics of construction business home and abroad,analyses the drawbacks existing in the subcontracting system at present stage in China with a practical and realistic approach,and puts forward the personal solution to establish a pattern of organizational structure supported by labor service,with contracts for whole projects as the locomotive,with specialized construction companies as the backbone,expecting that it can work to a certain degree.
