摘要
根据创作课件过程中教师主动、自愿程度的不同,教师教学课件的著作权存在明显差异。教学课件的权利归属应根据著作权的情况分别处理,学校在课件利用上应注意平衡好与教师间的利益关系,保护教师的积极性。
The copyright of teachers’ teaching courseware apparently differs according to teachers’ initiative and willingness during the course of the courseware creation.The rights ownership is respectively dealt with copyright.The school is supposed to balance the interest relationship among the teachers,efficiently protect the teachers’ teaching enthusiasm.
