We have accumulated rich experience in cultivating vocational college students sustainable study force after a series of innovative practice,but there exist many problems.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the best teaching ways of cultivating our students sustainable study force and enhance the guidance function of education;correct students studying motivation and strengthen the connotation of development;strengthen self-construction of vocational colleges and improve the quality management system,etc.
