农村金融组织体系的功能缺陷及完善途径探讨

A Primary Study on the Functional Defects and Improving Approach of Rural Financial Organization System

适应性、开放性、竞争性、效率性和稳定性是评价农村金融组织体系是否完善的标准,据此标准,我国农村金融组织体系存在政策性金融功能单一、商业性金融供给不足等诸多功能缺陷。要解决上述问题,必须引入竞争机制,建立和发展竞争性的农村金融市场,形成一个以市场机制为基础,金融主体多元化、金融产品多样性、金融服务多层次,商业性、政策性、合作性金融组织相协调,正规金融组织与非正规金融组织相补充的充满活力的农村金融体系。

This paper firstly introduces the yardstick of rural financial organization system, then analyses the current situation of the rural financial organization system from the financial entities. Based on the analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures for improving rural financial organization system.
