摘要
利用Cleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,研究含稀土元素Y的2Cr13不锈钢热变形性能及冷却后组织.通过观察分析原始组织与四道次变形后组织,以及热模拟试验曲线,得出了四道次变形后的组织和应力应变的变化规律.
2Cr13 stainless steel containing tare earth Y was used for experiments,and thermal simulation experiment research was carried out by using the Gleeble-1500D heat simulator.Microstructures of the initial state and the thermal deformation were observed,and the thermal simulation experiment curve was analyzed.The evolvement of microstructure and stress and strain after four-pass deformation was obtained.
