钙钛矿型La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)Mn_(1-x)Fe_xO_3的室温磁热效应和磁致伸缩效应 被引量:1

Magnetocaloric effect and magnetostriction of La(Sr)MnO_3 materials doped with Fe at room temperature

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了La0.67Sr0.33Mn1-xFexO3多晶样品,并研究了其晶体结构、磁热效应及室温下的磁致伸缩效应.其X射线衍射谱表明,所有样品均为钙钛矿结构单相,分析表明,随Fe含量的增加,材料的铁磁居里温度(TC)下降,磁致伸缩系数先增加后降低. La0.67Sr0.33Mn1-xFexO3 polycrystaline samples(0.05≤x≤0.4) were prepared by the sol-gel technique,and their structure,magnetocaloric effect and magnetostriction effect were studied carefully at the room temperature.The X-ray diffraction pattern indicated that the structure of samples are single phase Perovskite.Experimental results show that the Fe doping leads to a decrease in the ferromagnetic ordering temperature,with the magnetostriction factors increased first and decreased later.
