摘要
采用Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件与相应的镍基高温合金数据库,计算了改型In718合金在960~1020℃固溶加二次时效后可能析出的平衡相,研究了不同固溶温度的变化对主要析出相的影响,分析了各相的析出规律,为进一步调整合金成分,改善合金力学性能提供了理论依据.
Equilibrium precipitation phases of the modified In718 Ni-based superalloy at solid temperature of 960~1 020 ℃ were studied by using a thermodynamic Thermo-Calc software and relevant Ni-based superalloy database.The effect of different solid temperature on the main precipitation and the rule of precipitation were investigated.The calculation results provided the theoretic basis for adjusting the alloy composition to improve the mechanical property.
