土壤酸碱度和质地对盾叶薯蓣品质的影响

目的探讨土壤酸碱度和质地对盾叶薯蓣薯蓣皂苷元含量的影响。方法采用HPLC法对生长在不同酸碱度和质地土壤上的盾叶薯蓣薯蓣皂苷元含量进行分析。结果不同质地土壤上的盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷元含量差异不明显,但以沙壤土上的薯蓣皂苷元含量较高;生长在酸性、中性和微碱性土壤中的盾叶薯蓣薯蓣皂苷元含量较高,碱性越强,薯蓣皂苷元含量越低。结论盾叶薯蓣虽然对土壤质地的要求并不敏感,但是对土壤酸碱性的要求相当严格,因此,盾叶薯蓣引种驯化前,土壤酸碱性的检测是一个不可忽略的因素。
