试论我国的不动产预告登记制度

Analysis on the registration system of the real estate notice in China

2007年10月1日施行的《中华人民共和国物权法》首次确立了不动产预告登记制度,这对于保护不动产交易安全、减少交易风险、稳定社会秩序具有重要意义。但这一制度还有许多细节问题有待于法律的明确规定和在实践中不断改进和修正。根据预告登记制度的涵义、适用范围、效力等问题,提出建立并完善我国预告登记制度的建议。
