随着信息技术的发展,人类对自然灾害的预测与控制能力得到了极大的提高,但同时自然灾害对社会所造成的危害也越来越大,如何在自然灾害来临之前掌握第一手的信息,对灾害防范做出及时、快速、准确的决策,达到防灾减灾的目的,就显得尤为重要。本文从实际工作的角度出发,采用PB9.0开发工具,对水文测验管理信息系统的结构设计、功能设计、数据库设计等方面进行详述。
