New construction technology for Shuibuya Concrete Faced Rockfill Dam

清江水布垭大坝是当今世界最高的混凝土面板堆石坝(CFRD),坝体填筑工程总量为1 568万m3,由于没有相应规范和现成经验可遵循和借鉴,需要在施工过程中探索和创新。为此,采用了自主研发、引入吸收、试验研究、优化改进、技术集成等一系列施工的新技术在工程施工中应用,获得了良好的效果和社会经济效益。

Shuibuya Concrete Faced Rockfill Dam(CFRD) is the highest one in the same kind of dam in the world at present;the total volume of it is 15.68×106 m3.No ready-made technologies could be used;so the construction workers and engineers have to develop them on their own efforts and draw lessons from other countries.A series fo innovated technologies are applied to the construction;and good results are obtained.
